14 day cooling off period

Have you changed your mind ? The device you have just purchased is not suitable for you and you want to return it?

By ordering on www.BabyGold.be , you as a consumer have the possibility to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery. In fact, you have this period to inform us of your return decision. Please note, this does not apply to any natural person within the framework of their commercial, industrial, artisanal or liberal activity, nor to legal persons.

You have several options for returning your device:

This is a small device * :
- For faster processing, we advise you to return your device, along with the invoice or receipt, to an BabyGold store within 14 days of delivery.
- You can submit a return request and then drop off your device free of charge at a UPS or bpost point or return it by any other means at your expense.
This is a large device * :
- You can have your device removed by BabyGold for a contribution to the transport costs of 40 € (90 € for American fridges).
This is a Marketplace device * :
- You can contact the external seller. Log in to your BabyGold account and click on 'My orders'. Then go to 'Order details' then 'Contact seller' and choose as subject 'I want to cancel / return my order'. The external seller will then give you more info on the next steps to follow.

* Large appliances are fridges, freezers, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, hobs, built-in ovens, wine cellars, televisions and large air conditioners.
* Small appliances are included in the category: small electronics, telephony, multimedia and accessories on our website.
* Marketplace devices are sold by external sellers who offer their products on BabyGold.be. You can recognize them on our website by the words 'Sold by' followed by the name of the seller.
